Spectrum Internet Free for Eligible Households

Spectrum Internet 100, offered by Charter Communications, is now available for free to families eligible for the Federal Communications Commission’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). ACP provides households up to a $30 monthly credit toward broadband service, covering Spectrum Internet 100’s cost of $29.99 per month. ACP can also help cover the cost of a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers. Spectrum Internet 100 provides 100 Mbps download speeds and includes a modem, in-home WiFi, and self-installation at no additional charge.

Customers should first confirm their eligibility for ACP by applying online or mailing in a printed application. Once a household is approved, they should then contact Spectrum at 1-877-959-1748 to apply for the credit and sign up for Spectrum Internet 100. For more information, please visit the Charter Communications website or the Affordable Connectivity Program website.
