Our sincere thanks to Senator Susan Collins and her office for helping to secure $3.7 million in the most recent appropriations bill, which will allow Community Concepts to renovate 12 of the agency’s low-income rental housing properties throughout Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties. The funding will be used to renovate 97 units in Bethel, Brownfield, Fryeburg, Lewiston, Norway and South Paris.
