Charlie Allen passed away in May 2026. He is deeply missed by all those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Charlie Allen had been with Community Concepts for 50 years: 36 of them he spent working in the Housing Department and in 2012, he started volunteering as a delivery driver for CCI.

Charlie exemplified what it means to be in community service for our neighbors…thank you so much for your service and dedication to community, Charlie. May his memory be a kindness to us all and may he rest in peace.
