We are excited to be heading back to the beautiful Poland Spring Golf Course and Resort for our 6th Annual Golf Tournament!
Please join us on Monday, September 14th for a day of golf, games, and prizes – all raising crucial funds for CCI programs and services. Our scramble tournament begins with a shotgun start at 9am. Registration opens at 8am with coffee and pastries available for all. Lunch will be delivered out on the course, and the drink cart will be available all day.

Sponsorship and Team Options
Tournament Cart Sponsor $3,000* – Help players get around the course quickly, and get your company branding on every golf cart for the day. This package includes registration for a team of four, and social media recognition.
Reception Sponsor $2,500* – Includes one team of four and the chance to share short remarks during our after-tournament reception, featuring prize presentations and light refreshments. Plus logo recognition in the event space.
Gold Sponsorship $2,000 – Community Concepts invites businesses to become Gold-level sponsors of our event! This package includes: registration for two teams of four, exclusive sponsorship of two holes, social media recognition, and a CCI-branded item for each player.
Silver Sponsorship $1,500 – This package includes: registration for one team of four, exclusive sponsorship of one hole, social media recognition, and CCI branded item for each player.
Bronze Sponsorship $800 – This package is a very cost-effective way to advertise your business and support your community at the same time. For $750, you get complimentary registration for a team of four, exclusive sponsorship of one hole, and social media recognition.
Just the Team $500 – Just looking to play? Register for a team of four! Round up your colleagues or friends and make a squad! Includes light breakfast items and a boxed lunch for each player.
Can’t play? You can still get your name out on the course and support a great cause!
Sponsor a Hole $300 – Sponsor a hole to get your company logo on the course!
Sponsor a Contest $1,000 – Available contests include: Putting Green Contest, Longest Drive, On-The-Green, or a Hole-In-One Competition. Includes recognition on social media and at the tournament.
