CCI Seeks Weatherization Bids

CCI seeks contractors to furnish materials and labor for its low-income weatherization programs serving Androscoggin and Oxford counties. The contract will be on a 12-month fixed price basis effective from May 1,2024 to April 30,2025. Bids are due by Friday, April 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

After a lengthy national search that began in July, the Board of Community Concepts has appointed James R. Martin as the next Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Martin will assume this position no later than January 3, 2023.

USDA Rural Development Visits CCI

CCI’s Self-Help Housing Program was honored to host staff from the National USDA Rural Development office earlier this week, touring a home currently being built and discussing the impact of the program on our communities.

2022 Day of Caring

CCI staff members participated in The United Way of Androscoggin County’s Annual Day of Caring on Friday, September 16th, volunteering their time to help with a beautification project at one of CCI’s housing sites.
