The CCI Board of Directors is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the adopted CCI Succession Plan, Mary-Rita Reinhard has been offered and has accepted the position of acting CEO effective as of July 1, 2022 following Shawn Yardley’s stepping back from the CEO position. Shawn will remain with our organization through the end of the calendar year as an executive consultant to the Board of Directors to assist with a number of on-going projects and the transition to a new CEO. The Board has initiated the search for a new CEO and has hired KMA to assist our organization in the recruitment and selection process.
