CCI is in the process of updating our 3-5 year Strategic Plan, which includes utilizing our Community Needs Assessment and partnering with our Board of Directors, Senior Staff, and community partners to develop our organization’s overarching goals. The Lewiston Working Communities Group recently participated in a work session with staff to review our work to date and add context to the plan.

Participants in this work session included staff from the Immigrant Resource Center of Maine, Maine Immigrant and Refugee Services, Lewiston Public Schools, and the City of Lewiston.

Building the perspective of community partners into our planning process is one way that CCI is working collaboratively to develop solutions to address the needs identified in our Community Needs Assessment. Once the plan is finalized in late fall, it will be published on our website.
