Raise-Op, a local housing organization led by its resident, celebrated the groundbreaking of a new development in Lewiston’s Tree Street neighborhood on April 28th. Raise-Op acquired the lots at 198 Blake Street, the site of the building, in 2018 with financing support from CCI. CCI CEO Shawn Yardley is pictured above at the groundbreaking ceremony with other project partners including Evernorth, MaineHousing, and Lewiston Housing.
